Your First Visit

Hey there! We're looking forward to seeing you! Before you come in for your appointment, we want you to know what to expect.

Before You Arrive

1

Book an Appointment

Find a convenient date and time for your visit and schedule your first appointment. To schedule, call us at (417) 926-3600 or book online. Be sure to mark your calendar!

2

Fill Out Forms

As a new client, we'll need to collect a little information about your past dental history, medications you currently take, and general health conditions. These forms should take roughly 10 minutes to complete.

3

Insurance & Payment Information

Before you come in for your first appointment, track down your insurance card and make sure you have it on the day of your visit.

4

Brush & Floss

Make sure to brush and floss your teeth before heading to our clinic! This helps us assess your oral health with more clarity upon first look.

During Your Visit

1

Arrive at the Office

Arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to get settled, fill out any paperwork, and get insurance sorted before meeting with Dr. Thomas.

3

Recommended Treatment

As soon as Dr. Thomas has the full picture, you'll be given full information about the efficiency, duration, and cost of your suggested treatment. You'll always be the one in charge of the final decision.

2

Exam, X-ray, & Dental History

Talk to Dr. Thomas about your issues, expectations, and health history to make sure you are on the same page. X-rays may be needed for further information invisible to the naked eye.

4

Schedule Next Visit

After your appointment, get your next visit on the books! We recommend routine visits every 6 months, or if you need an appointment sooner, Dr. Thomas will let you know.
